Old Mill of Guilford Stone Ground Old Fashioned Southern Style Yellow Grits are ground at a slower speed than those processed conventionally. The resulting product is higher in retained enzymes and nutrients. These creamy grits are so delicious with just some salt, pepper and a pat or two of butter. Top 'em with shredded cheddar cheese, drench 'em in red-eye gravy, or give 'em some kick with spicy Cajun shrimp!
