Smaller sizes of Sawyer Picaridin Insect Repellent are perfect when you're on the go. Picaridin has a similar effect to DEET, yet it won't harm gear or equipment. At 20%, this long lasting topical insect repellent is effective up to 8 hours against mosquitoes, ticks, biting flies, gnats, chiggers and fleas; and Picaridin is more effective at repelling biting flies than DEET. The 20% Picaridin is virtually odorless; it has a mild citrus scent added to it which quickly evaporates when dry.

I bought this on a whim from the Mast General Store because the sales personnel spoke very highly of the product. I was very surprised when it did the job, in my observation, better than deet based products. I recommend this repellent, and am reordering for future use.
