Greatest kitchen gadget ever - aside from Grandma!

I have owned one of these for years bought it at another outfitter way up North in Maine but it is timeless. It comes out every fall, and gets put through the paces. It is easy to clean, and does a great and speedy job of peeling and coring apples for whatever you are making. We love it, and when the day comes to replace it No time soon either well buy the exact same one...
