How to Operate:
- Keep knife sharp at all times.
- Make adjustments carefully for style desired and tighten screws well.
- Lay cutter over pan with long end against wall or improvised backstop.
- Place ear of corn, small end forward, in groove and push against cutter blade with quick motion. Follow through past scraper.
- Life ear of corn, turn about one inch and go through motion again. Four to six strokes usually finishes an ear.
- After using you can wash and dry this instrument as it is made of long lasting stainless steel.
