Barefoot Baby is a homegrown business celebrating the wonders of childhood. Based in Marion, North Carolina, Barefoot Baby got its start when Alyssa Hughes printed images of farm animals, tractors, and other “outside” images on t-shirts for her young daughter. Her whimsical artwork received so many comments that she began printing them for other people, and now her business has grown from her home into a larger location and the Barefoot Baby t-shirts for “bigger people, too.” Barefoot Baby embraces the healing power of being outside and encourages curiosity and compassion in all age groups.
